  How do I view my grades?  
  Select the term and year for the grades you want to view, then click the Get your grades button.

Your grades for the last term attended are automatically displayed by default.
 
     
  Why am I missing some of my grades?  
  This page is informational only. Grades are posted as instructors submit them. If a grade is not displayed your instructor may not have submitted the grade. Contact the Registrar's Office (581-8969) about any discrepancies.

  What are the different headings on my grade report?  
 
  • Academic Career - Your status, i.e., undergraduate, graduate, law, etc.
  • Subject - The subject or department of the class.
  • Catalog Number - The reference number for the class found in the class schedule and catalog.
  • Section - The class section for which you were enrolled.
  • Units - The number of Units (or hours) for this class.
  • Grade - The grade you received for the class.

      How is my GPA figured?  
      To calculate your GPA, divide the Grade Points by the GPA Units.

    Refer to the "What do the grade codes mean?" table at the top of this page for points and letter grade affiliations as well as definitions of any other grading codes.
