Planned PeopleSoft maintenance with downtime on September 7th

Due to a planned PeopleSoft upgrade, several production servers and applications will be unavailable on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 4:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This maintenance is necessary to keep University of Utah systems current, running efficiently, and secure.

* The following systems will be unavailable during the planned outage:

  • Peoplesoft Human Capital Management (HR) and related web applications
  • UBenefits
  • Department Job Summary (D-Jobs)
  • University Internal Jobs

* PeopleSoft HR HelpDesk (CRM)

Note: Cognizant service owners have been contacted and splash pages for unavailable systems will be posted during the outage.
